We offer you cleaning (ash content reduction) and making pellets/granules of Carbon Black from pyrolized tire powder (pyrolysis Carbon Black) or Carbon Black powder. As a result of a long technological development currently we are able to clean (ash content reduction) and pelletize almost any kind of pyrolisys powder or Carbon Black powder quality (as raw material). In base of this, the produced pelletized, recovered Carbon Black graines are suitable to recycle into any tire, rubber or plastic production process. Important to note, we do not use any additives during our cleaning (ash content reduction) and granulation processes. During our technological processes we are able to take into account also some certain physical requirements by our clients (eg. pellet size, pellet mechanical strength), so with this result our clients can use their own, former technological production processes without any modification. In case of demand of large quantity production, we undertake the production with our moblie production equipment on our Client’s site.

In case of any interest, after contacting us we analyse the pyrolisys or Carbon Black powder delivered by the client. In base of the result and Clients’s requirements (granule size, granule mechanical strength) we specify the proper techological process and making test production. If the result is successfull, so the product is fulfill all the requirements the Client and final production techology needs, we send back the samples to the Client. In case of demand of large quantity one-time or continuous production, after individual agreement we support the production on our Client’s site with our mobile production equipment. All the time at on-site-production our expert installs and adjusts the proper technical parameters of the production. With this solution our Clients can reduce their transport cost of the product, making the pyrolisys Carbon Black recycling more competitive into new tire production.
